Mr. Ramakant R Chokhani is the founder Chairman of the Group and possess the honor of becoming first qualified company secretary to be member of major premier Equity stock exchanges in India. During his stint he handled a variety of responsibilities such as Investment Banking Merchant Banking and Underwriter etc. He has never looked behind and has always touched new highs in volume, profits and Net-Worth on consistent basis. He is amongst very few members who has initiated in Arbitrage/Jobbing business which is now accepted world wide as a well-organized Hedge business.

Son of Mr. R R Chokhani, Mr. Anand Chokhani has achieved his BMS Degree from a reputed college and Post Graduate Diploma Management Studies in Family Managed Business from a leading business school namely S P Jain Institute of Management and Research. He has been actively participating in the decision making process since last 5 years and is striving continuously towards taking the organization to new horizon, where it can compete with the best in the industry in time to come. He is working with his team associated by CA's, MBA's , IT professionals and other staff members having rich experience in their respective fields of activities.
